Natural self-medication and remedies

When there were no pre-made medicines, nature’s remedies were the only medicines available to humanity. Effects and usage were therefore carefully studied, documented, and developed further.

However phytotherapy, known as herbal medicine, does not belong to the realm of alternative medicine. Diagnosis and therapy concepts in phytotherapy are the same as in the rest of scientifically grounded medicine. Just consider that
